Hi!
I am Ramya, a Career Engagement Coach based in Melbourne, Australia. I am originally from Singapore (you probably guessed from my photo!) I have a decade of expertise in recruitment and talent development, and have worked with Fortune 500 clients globally.
It was not always a bed of roses for me in my career journey. There were times when I doubted myself, was lacking my voice and felt stuck during a career transition.
In the face of adversities within and outside the workplace, the same question kept running in my mind: What is my identity in my career journey?
Through what seemed like an eon of inner soul searching, and through my direct experience working with many mid to senior level professionals, I came to realize that what I actually wanted to do was to empower people, help them find their voice and gain clarity, conviction and confidence to own their career journeys. This prompted me to start Empetus (the combination of Empower and Impetus)
